Job Overview

At Scalvy, we are building intelligent, data-driven systems that power next-generation engineering and industrial solutions. As a Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in validating and ensuring the performance, reliability, and safety of advanced power electronics and embedded systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement test setups, automation frameworks, and validation procedures
• Perform functional, electrical, and system-level testing
• Conduct debugging, root-cause analysis, and failure investigation
• Support hardware bring-up, system integration, and verification activities
• Analyze test data and generate detailed reports
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety, and quality requirements

Must-Have Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in testing or validation of embedded or power systems
• Strong understanding of electronics, embedded systems, and system-level testing
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, analyzers)
• Familiarity with test automation tools or scripting (Python, MATLAB, or similar)

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with power electronics systems (DC-DC, AC-DC, inverters)
• Familiarity with automotive or industrial standards
• Experience with HIL/SIL testing environments
• Knowledge of communication protocols (CAN, SPI, I2C, Ethernet)
