Job Overview

At Scalvy, we are building intelligent, data-driven systems that power next-generation engineering and industrial solutions. As a Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering programs across multidisciplinary teams including power electronics, embedded systems, and software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of engineering projects from concept through delivery
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (hardware, software, systems, and testing)
  • Track project progress, risks, and dependencies
  • Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation, and escalation management
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards (ASPICE, V-cycle)
  • Facilitate regular project reviews and stakeholder communication
  • Manage project documentation, reporting, and performance tracking

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Align project execution with Scalvy's technical roadmap
  • Support coordination between Cairo and Austin teams
  • Contribute to building scalable project management practices

Must-Have Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in project or program management within engineering environments
  • Strong understanding of embedded systems, power electronics, or automotive development processes
  • Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams
  • Familiarity with ASPICE, V-cycle, or similar development frameworks
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice-to-Haves

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
  • Experience in automotive or industrial sectors
  • Familiarity with Jira, MS Project, or similar tools
  • Experience working in multinational environments
