As a Senior / Principal Power Electronics Engineer, you will lead the design, architecture, and delivery of advanced power conversion systems for high-performance data centers and energy storage platforms.
How You Will Contribute
- Lead the design and development of DC-DC and AC-DC power converters
- Define system architecture, topology selection, and component strategies
- Optimize designs for efficiency, power density, thermal performance, and reliability
Key Responsibilities
- Design, simulate, and validate advanced power electronics systems
- Develop and implement control strategies for power conversion systems
- Perform system modeling and simulation (MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS)
- Own development lifecycle from concept to production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Conduct debugging, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization
- Ensure compliance with safety, reliability, and regulatory standards
Must-Have Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field
- 5–9 years of experience in power electronics design
- Strong expertise in DC-DC and AC-DC converters
- Experience with simulation tools (MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS)
- Strong knowledge of power components (IGBTs, MOSFETs, magnetics)
- Hands-on experience with testing and validation
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with high-voltage or high-power systems
- Familiarity with data center or energy storage applications (BESS, UPS)
- Knowledge of EMI/EMC design and compliance
- Experience in thermal design and system optimization
